Selected nominee will receive a Miraval Berkshires wellness getaway
Berkshire United Way and Miraval Berkshires have teamed up to celebrate and honor essential workers and first responders in Berkshire County who have supported our most vulnerable neighbors through COVID-19.
We encourage you to celebrate and honor someone you know working on the front lines by nominating them to receive an ultimate Miraval Berkshires wellness getaway. Self-nominations will be accepted. The nominee/self-nominee must be a Berkshire County resident; may be out of state to nominate.
Nominations are open and can be submitted through the web form below (you can request a fillable form by emailing info@berkshireunitedway.org). The deadline for submissions is 5 p.m. Friday, October 2. Nominations will be pooled and one person will be selected at random.
The Miraval Berkshires wellness getaway includes a four-day, three-night transformative stay for the nominee and a guest (both must be 18 years or older), including experiences and food. This offer will be valid for 12 months (black-out dates apply).
By filling out the web form, you give permission to allow Berkshire United Way and Miraval Berkshires to share with media outlets, online and on social media non-personal information provided about the nominee, their work on the front lines, and any relevant information received throughout the nomination process.
