Raise $10,000 to help the Berkshire community
We have joined forces with Patty Spector of Josh Billings RunAground to challenge you to be active and donate $20 to help raise $10,000 for the COVID-19 Emergency Response Fund for Berkshire County, co-led by Berkshire United Way and Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation and in partnership with Northern Berkshire United Way and Williamstown Community Chest.
Be active and share your activity on social media to help spread the word. We encourage solo activities, but if you participate with others, follow social distancing guidelines.
The challenge is to be active – inside or outside. Here are a few examples to get you started.
- Go for a run
- Take a hike
- Walk around the neighborhood
- Go for a bike ride
- Practice yoga
- Go kayaking
- Plant a garden
- Use your treadmill
- Walk your dog
- Play catch with your kids
- Go fishing
SHARE YOUR ACTIVITY
Share your activity on Berkshire United Way's Facebook, Instagram or Twitter pages or Josh Billings RunAground's Facebook or Instagram pages using the hashtag #ExerciseForGoodBerkshire. You can also include #HereForGood.
If you don't use social media, email to Karrie Buratto at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll share it out for you.
Donate $20 (or any amount) to the COVID-19 Emergency Response Fund at berkshireunitedway.org/donate. Please select the Exercise For Good Challenge under designations.
Remember to post your activity so we can see your good deeds in action!
When you donate and share to social media or via email, you will be eligible to win a prize. Several donors will be selected each week at random.
