Who We Are
For over 50 years, Construct has been the leader in the fight against homelessness and housing insecurity in the southern Berkshires.
Construct has over 67 permanent, affordable housing options in south Berkshire County, plus 10 units of transitional housing that prioritize individuals coming out of homelessness.
What We Do
Construct provides emergency funds, rental assistance, and microloans to cover security deposits, fuel bills, utility bills, and other housing-related costs.
Focusing on providing assistance to those who would not otherwise become homeless or who are transitioning away from homelessness, Construct also works closely with many community partners.
