Help Berkshire United Way review requests for funding
Volunteers evaluate proposals from nonprofit organizations seeking grant funding from Berkshire United Way.
The time commitment is approximately 15 hours from March through May. This includes one 2-hour training session, a review of between 4-5 applications on your own time, and approximately 2 meetings with your review team to discuss applications and finalize your recommendations. Each application will receive both a programmatic and a financial review.
Please note: Applicants or anyone associated with organizations requesting funding will be unable to review and rank proposals. All reviewers will be asked to complete a Code of Ethics and a conflicts of interest form.
