Guest speaker Colleen Rafferty, president of TOURISTS, a hotel and riverside retreat in North Adams, will speak about the challenges hospitality employees face in accessing affordable and available childcare to participate in the workforce and support their families. She will also share why she has joined BUW and a collaborative of employers and childcare providers dedicated to expanding access and improving outcomes for working families and their children.

BUW President and CEO Katherine von Haefen will highlight the organization's impact and explain why BUW is focused on strengthening financial stability through investments in early childhood care and learning. She will underscore the critical role individual and workplace donors play in advancing this work and creating lasting change.
