10X the Fun Free Family Festival returns

Berkshire United Way is bringing back the 10X the Fun Family Festival Saturday, February 25, 3:30-5:30 p.m., at the Zion Lutheran Church, 74 First Street, Pittsfield. Families can attend for free. This event is sponsored by MountainOne Bank.

Activities include a Black History Month project with TG’s Clubhouse, Paint and Juice Box Sip with Downtown Pittsfield Inc., prize wheel with Girls Inc., photo booth by 18 Degrees, free books handed out by Berkshire United Way, face painting by Taconic High School students, arts and crafts, and more.

Local musician Mike Duffy will provide musical entertainment and there will be snacks.

Other organizations joining the festival include Child Care of the Berkshires, Berkshire County Kids’ Place, Berkshire Diaper Project, Berkshire County Head Start, and the Berkshire District Attorney’s Office.

Fireworks will follow right after this event at 6 p.m. in the Common and must be viewed from the First Street Municipal Lot.
