Morningside Playground Cleanup

Thank you to the Laborers' International Union of North America Local 473 out of Pittsfield for bringing together volunteers to reinvigorate the playground area at Morningside Community School on June 5.

Monica Zanin, Morningside principal, and Kristen Palatt, assistant principal of teaching & learning, worked closely with project coordinators Erik Krutiak, secretary treasurer/field representative for Local 473, and Brenda Petell, director of volunteer engagement at BUW.

Here's a brief clip of volunteers in action.
