Letter Carriers' Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive | May 13

Postal workers (and some volunteers) in North Adams, Pittsfield, and Great Barrington collected nonperishable food along their routes on Saturday, May 13 as part of the nationwide Letter Carriers' Stamp Out Hunger® Food Drive. Each cart was weighed after drop off to keep track of the poundage of food collected. Then, food pantries showed up at designated times to pick up. From north to south county, a total of 9.3 tons of food was collected.
