The Berkshire United Way Community Campaign Kickoff is our opportunity to come together at the start of a new campaign year - to celebrate the extraordinary generosity of our community, learn more about the needs and opportunities facing our neighbors, and be inspired by what we can accomplish together.
This gathering brings employees, business leaders, nonprofit partners, donors, volunteers, and community members together around a shared belief: every neighbor in Berkshire County deserves the opportunity to thrive.

Employee Campaign Coordinators inspire generosity and engagement within workplaces across Berkshire County, while our funded partners are on the front lines every day, helping neighbors and strengthening our community. We want their voices, experiences, and leadership in the room as we launch a new year of collective action.
