Gretchen joined the Berkshire United Way team in April 2019. She holds a BFA in dance and a BA in communication from Rutgers University.
Prior to moving to the Berkshires in 2016, Gretchen worked in arts administration and event planning and production in New York City for over a decade.
Jack Twaddle

In December 2024, Jack joined Berkshire United Way as Director of Finance and Administration. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from American International College.
Chloe Rychcik

Chloe joined the Berkshire United Way team in October 2022. She currently serves on the City of Pittsfield's Human Services Advisory Committee and is a 2025 graduate of the Berkshire Leadership Program.
