411 in the 413 Youth Conference

The 411 in the 413 Youth Conference, which is planned by a group of youth and adults from the partner organizations of the Berkshire Youth Development Project, is to bring young people together to explore, debate, and address topics of interest.

  • The goals are to foster relationships between youth, raise awareness around issues, present options for involvement, and provide information about current youth-related topics.

Youth from Berkshire County schools gather to take part in a range of engaging activities, revolving around a new theme each year. This year's theme is "The Road Less Traveled", which, new to this year, will be divided into four tracks to choose from. These tracks include arts, social justice, environmental sustainability, and lifehacks.
In preparation for the event, workshop facilitators are sought - facilitators would help participating teens learn about, and work through topics pertaining to our four tracks! Facilitators will be asked to volunteer their time. For more information or to submit a proposal, contact Luiza Trabka at luiza@rsyp.org.
