Employer Community Coversation Part II

Fact is, many Berkshire County employees are only one small crisis away from significant financial hardship that can affect their ability to maintain stability in the workplace. 

Working together, we can lower costs to employers and taxpayers, increase workplace attendance, retention, and productivity, increase the number of financially stable households, and improve economic activity in Berkshire County.

• Who should attend: small and large business owners and senior management; human resources managers; supervisors
• What to expect: BUW will share successful strategies currently used to provide workplace based financial capability training and coaching.  We will hear from attendees about current workplace challenges that impact their ability to maintain a quality workforce.
• You will come away with: implementation strategies to consider for your workplace; a follow up plan with next steps; having contributed your experience, thoughts and insights into improving your workplace and community.
